Why are there so few ingredients in each mix?

With fewer ingredients there is more potency with the use of high quality medicinal herbs.  When mixing in too many ingredients it takes away the strength and amount of the selected herbs.

How long should I steep herbal mix as a tea?

We strongly suggest researching and/or speak with a qualified herbalist before ingesting, inhaling or applying herbs topically.  However, these herbs are commonly steeped with boiling water for 5-10 mins covered for the best effect.  Always begin testing with lower amounts to see how the herbs affect you.

Are there any controlled substances in these products?

These herbs are not illegal nor do they contain any controlled substances.  They are in fact a great and powerful alternative to nicotine and other similar substances.  These are however strong herbs that can assist you in your desired outcomes.
